More road closures due to icy conditions

MOTORISTS have been strongly advised to avoid the Scholague Road when driving tonight.

 

Due to icy conditions Police have requested that motorists use alternative routes.

 

The Department of Infrastructure are in the process of opening the Mountain Road but the Beinney Phott and Tholt Y Will roads will remain closed.

 

The Archallagan Road from its junction of the Hope/Archallagan to the Eairy Kelly/Archallagan has been closed again due to ice.

 

Motorists are advised to drive to the road conditions and drive with care.
