Torchlight procession next month

The Onchan community will join together next month for its annual torchlight procession.

The event didn’t go ahead last year amid health and safety concerns.

However, chairman of Onchan Commissioners Brian Stowell says it’s important residents come together to celebrate the festive season on December the 15.
