The House of Keys on Tuesday will be light on questions but heavy on legislation.
There are six questions for oral answer with all but one coming from Onchan MHK Peter Karran.
Mr Karran wants to know about promises made to offset recent hikes in the cost of electricity, when an application for a casino licence at Mount Murray was made, new areas of tax income, development land tax and how many bus drivers have been given 90 days notice - and why.
The other question about the old prison becoming a new fire station comes from North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson.
Members will then take a number of bills through second reading and the clauses stage, including the Debt Recovery and Enforcement Bill which will mean debt collectors will have to be licensed by the Chief Registrar and the Children and Young Persons Amendment Bill which will give some legal recognition to people who look after children that aren't their own long-term.
Meanwhile, the Legislative Council will read the Sewerage Amendment Bill for the first time.
