Dream win for Island post officers

by isleofman.com 28th November 2010

TWO post officers from the Isle of Man Post Office have won a £1,000 prize draw.

Carol and Bill Johnson won the Britannia International regular saver prize draw.

The competition was set up to promote the importance of saving regularly and linked in with the re-launch of Britannia International's regular saver account.

Entrants had to complete a short form stating their savings dream in under 25 words.

Carol said her dream was: "To take my husband on holiday to thank him for his support during an on going illness this year. He has been my rock!"

The couple are now planning a holiday to Tenerife in the New Year to celebrate.
