No plans to charge for missed appointments

Should dental patients who miss appointments be charged?

Not yet, says Health Minister David Anderson, but he admits his department is keeping an eye on those who waste dental service time.

He says although those who either miss appointments or call them off at the last minute cause frustration, the scale of the problem doesn’t merit action.
