Snow forecast for this week

THE Isle of Man could turn to the Isle of White this week after weather forecasters predicted snow.

 

According to Ronaldsway Met Office snow will fall on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

 

Thursday's weather has been given as isolated wintry showers with a spell of rain or sleet at night.

 

There will be frost, ice, sleet and hill snow and temperatures could drop to freezing.

 

On Friday there will be rain or sleet at first followed by sleet or snow showers.

 

Strong winds and snow have been forecast especially on high ground and the temperature could fall to one degree celsius.

 

Saturday will see more sleet or snow showers, strong winds and snow, with a minimum temperature of one degree celsius.
