'People Management' award goes to Ann Clayton and Executive Challenge

ANN Clayton of the Chartered Management Institute, organisers of the Executive Challenge, was winner of The Sure Award for ‘People Management and Development’ at the Isle of Man Newspapers Awards for Excellence at the Villa Marina.

 

Manx Executive Challenge represents a unique opportunity for the Isle of Man’s young managers to develop both personally and professionally. Participants work on genuine projects of strategic importance to the Island with coaching from experienced professionals.

 

The Challenge is run by the Chartered Management Institute in partnership with the private and public sector nd has also developed strong links to the Isle of Man International Business School to deliver CMI modules.

 

The Challenge also offers an opportunity for young managers who have senior management potential to progress - building potential leaders of the future.

 

The other nominated companies were Ballakermeen High School (Annette Bridson) and IOM Constabulary (Kevin Willson).
