Friends of former Isle of Man resident Joanna Brown are travelling to Ascot today (Friday) for a memorial service.
The body of the 46-year-old millionairess was found near Windsor Great Park a fortnight ago, five days after she disappeared from her country mansion.
Her estranged husband Robert, from whom she was getting a divorce, has been charged with her murder.
Joanna Brown grew up in Laxey and was educated at the Buchan school where she made lifelong friends.
Around a dozen of them, from the Island and the United Kingdom, will attend the service this lunchtime, at St Mary's Church in Winkfield, Berkshire, close to where she lived.
Funeral arrangements can't yet be made, because Mrs Brown's body jasn't been released by the coroner.
However, it has been confirmed the service it will take place in the Isle of Man.
Robert Brown was charged with murder the day before Mrs Brown's body was discovered.
He will appear in court again on February 11 next year.
