Garden gates stolen in Castletown

A HOUSE in Castletown has had its front and rear garden gates stolen.

 

Police are investigating the theft, from a house in Stenning Place, which happened between 10.30pm on Thursday, November 11, and 8.30am on Friday, November 12.

 

The gates are around three foot by three foot and are constructed of wooden slats.

 

Both are painted black and one gate has the house number screwed to it in black plastic numbers. The other gate has a spring attached to it.

 

The gates are standard issue gates which are on a number of other properties in the area.

 

Anyone with information about who is responsible for this crime or knows where the gates are should contact PC Lee Wright at Castletown Police Station on 01624 822222.
