POLICE are appealing for the owner of a red Seat Ibiza with the registration EMN-545-K to come forward.
The car was recovered by Police from Meadow Close in Ballasalla on October 24.
It was put into storage after it suffered damage in an accident and subsequently became an obstruction.
Enquiries so far have failed to identify who owns the vehicle. Police are trying to trace the owner so that the car can be returned.
