Do your bit this winter, and don't worry about getting sued!`
That's the message from Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne, who faced questions about snow clearance in Tynwald today (Tuesday).
Onchan MHK Peter Karran wanted to know if new laws were being considered which would allow people to clear paths without the worry they would be sued in the event of an accident.
Mr Gawne said legal action was highly unlikely and people should chip in if the weather took a turn for the worse:
