A RESIDENTIAL home in Ramsey has a brand new minibus for its residents after a cash injection from a gaming company.
The Microgaming Health and Care Trust donated £30,000 to Grove Mount Residential Home for the purchase of the much needed minibus.
Trustee of the Microgaming Health and Care Trust Dr John Wardle visited Grove Mount to officially hand over the keys for the new vehicle.
Mary Barlow, care manager at Grove Mount, said: "We are absolutely thrilled with our new minibus which has been solely funded by the Microgaming Health and Care Trust.
"Grove Mount never though that we would be the proud owners of a minibus no matter how hard we tried to raise funds.
"The difference this makes to our residents lives is huge. Already they are overjoyed at being able to go out into the community."
