'Fundamentally unfair' social care plans

A member of the House of Keys says plans to stop free social care for workers who have lived on the Isle of Man for fewer than five years would bring in a two-tier system which would be fundamentally unfair.

Under the current system, people who move to the Island can almost immediately take advantage of favourable arrangements for social services, and Rushen MHK Quintin Gill believes that should continue to be the case (first part of audio file):
