UK says Isle of Man has 'grown up'

The Isle of Man has been told by the United Kingdom: 'We like what you are doing with your tax agreements'.

In its response to the UK select committee check on the constitutions of the Crown dependencies, the government there has concluded the Manx have 'grown up' in constitutional terms and deserve to be treated as such.

The Island is also being encouraged to pursue agreements with other countries.
