POLICE are investigating a report of a man committing an indecent act in Hillberry Green, Douglas.

The incident took place yesterday morning (Wednesday) and no-one else was involved.

The man is described as white, in his late 20s/early 30s, about 5 ft 9 with short brown hair. He was of very slim build and possibly had bad skin on his face.
