MANX Police have charged eight local men and women with money laundering and drug related offences.
Over the last two days Police have been carrying out the intelligence led Operation Increment which resulted in the arrest of the 12.
Eight were charged and the others were released on bail pending further enquiries.
The operation was jointly executed by officers from the Financial Crime Unit, Drug Trafficking Unit, CID, Level 1 Proactive Unit, the Dog Unit and the Police Search Team. Uniformed officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Teams also assisted.
