POLICE are investigating after the passenger side front windows of two cars were smashed and stereos taken from the vehicles.
The thefts happened between 8pm last night (Thursday) and 7am this morning in Mona Drive, Douglas, close to The Arches.
Rocks from a nearby wall were used to smash the windows.
PC Jenette Martin said: "Incidents like this cause major inconvenience for the owners of the vehicles as well as the obvious expense to repair the damage and replace the stolen equipment.
"The police are anxious to hear from anybody who may have been involved in, seen or heard the incident."
Anyone with information should ring PC Martin on 631212.
