Helping the elderly live at home

The minister for social care says his department is working hard to help the elderly stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

Martyn Quayle was questioned in the House of Keys on Tuesday about his commitment to keeping older people out of residential care.

He says his department is currently helping more than 500 people stay at home, and it's a policy he believes in very strongly:
