Child's bike involved in hit and run

POLICE are appealing for information after a child's BMX bike was run over outside the Spar garage in Peel.

 

The hit and run happened on Sunday, October 24, at around 7pm.

 

The vehicle involved is believed to be a red car which had been parked in front of the shop.

 

PC Gascoyne of the Western Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to speak to anyone who has information about the incident.

 

He believes that the driver of the vehicle would be aware of the considerable damage caused to the BMX.

 

Anyone with information should contact PC Thomas Gascoyne at Peel Police Station on 01624 842208.
