A MARKETING clinic which offers small businesses a chance to polish their marketing strategies will take place in November.
The first ever marketing clinic to be held in the Island is being organised by the Isle of Man branch of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Business Incubation Centre and Capital International.
Each business will have the opportunity of a 45 minute one-to-one session with a qualified chartered marketer.
Cathy Cowin, CIM Isle of Man chair, said: "We are delighted to stage these special marketing clinics especially for Isle of Man businesses.
"Marketing is an important and essential process. It is a complex skill with many different tactics and approaches and plays an essential role in the success of a company by educating on the latest market trends, helping to boost sales and profit and developing reputations.
"Business leaders must be creative and wise enough to promote their products with the proper marketing tactics. If it is not conducted and researched well a company could waste time and expenses on a failed marketing approach.
"Our clinics can provide the perfect helping hand as our experienced chartered marketers can lend their expertise and advice - whatever your business."
The event takes place at the Incubation Centre in Douglas on Thursday, November 11. There is no charge for businesses wishing to take part.
Applicants wishing to book a slot at the Marketing Clinic should contact Kate Lord by e-mail at kate@iombic.im or telephone 01624 647065 by Monday, November 1.
