OFFSHORE law firm Appleby has provided two advertising boards for Ayre United AFC.

They will be on display at the team's home ground in Andreas.

Appleby's marketing manager Sarah Jarvis said: "When Ayre United contacted us to ask for advertising support we were very happy to agree.

"The team has recently been promoted to the Canada Life Premier League - their hard work and ambition in achieving this really caught our eye and has provided a perfect fit for our strategy of supporting local sports development on the Island."

Managing partner of Appleby Isle of Man Sean Dowling said: "As part of our continuing commitment to support the local community we are delighted to assist Ayre United.

"The team has worked really hard to move up into the Manx top flight and Appleby wishes them continued success this season."
