Battleaxe Christine Hamilton to perform at the Gaiety

CHRISTINE Hamilton will lift the lid on the world of Westminster when she appears in the Isle of Man in March.

 

An evening with Christine Hamilton will see the media personality talk about Westminster, her life and career and her favorite British battleaxes.

 

She will also talk about the trials she has faced and how she has become the successful media personality she is today.

 

Christine is a regular on the speech circuit giving speeches at luncheons, dinners, events and on her own has filled both Oxford and Cambridge Unions.

  

Christine acquired celebrity status for the forceful support she gave her husband Neil during his 1997 General Election campaign in the Tatton constituency.

 

She featured in many articles and cartoons as a ferocious Battleaxe and in 1997 published her first book titled – Christine Hamilton’s Bumper Book of British Battleaxes.

 

Earlier this year Christine appeared on the BBC TV show Celebrity Masterchef and narrowly missed winning the title.

 

She is regularly on TV and radio, including Have I Got News for You, Any Questions, Loose Women and Newsnight.


An evening with Christine Hamilton will take place on Wednesday, March 30.
