Athletes reunited with families at Ronaldsway

The Isle of Man's Commonwealth Games team arrived back to cheering crowds at Ronaldsway Airport this evening (Friday).

Athletes had spent 36 hours travelling from Delhi after the second most successful competition for the Island, in which it won two bronze medals.

Amid the cheers and flag-waving, there were emotional reunions for the competitors and their families.

Team manager Trevor Taubman paid tribute to the squad and their performance:
