by isleofman.com 8th October 2010

CHIEF Minister Tony Brown MHK has congratulated Isle of Man shooter Tim Kneale who won a bronze medal in the men's individual double trap event at the Commonwealth Games yesterday (Thursday, October 7).

Tim's podium finish follows the success of Mark Christian who claimed bronze in track cycling's points race on Wednesday.

Mr Brown said: "For the Isle of Man to win medals on successive days at the Commonwealth Games is a marvellous achievement.

"I'm sure the performances of the Manx team in Delhi will be an inspiration to future generations of sportsmen and women."
