by isleofman.com 7th October 2010

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after the roof of a car was dented while parked on level one of the Marks and Spencers multi-storey car park in Douglas.

It happened between 5.45pm and 9.45pm yesterday (Wednesday).

The car involved was a blue Toyota Yaris and police said the incident was unusual due to the large scale of the damage which was caused in a public location during daylight hours.

They are treating it as an offence of criminal damage.

Anyone with information should ring police headquarters on 631212.
