There is still no indication of whether the planned closure of a care home in Douglas will be permanent.
Last month it was announced Saddle Mews would be shutting for building work and Four Seasons Health Care, which runs the facility, said the closure would be temporary.
However, there has been concern among staff and residents that it won't reopen.
It's understood a representative from Four Seasons met with staff last week, but the healthcare provider has declined to confirm such a meeting took place.
The company has said it had already explained the arrangements to offer alternative accommodation for the 15 residents.
Four Seasons says the situation has been discussed with residents and families, staff, the Regulation Inspection Authority and the relevant health and social care agencies, as well as being extensively covered in the local media.
It has also confirmed that while the home is closed all staff who wish to be transferred will be offered opportunities in other homes.
Four Seasons concludes by saying 'there is nothing more to add'.
