TWO Island based companies have donated to The Children’s Centre - and given their staff the chance to win a car at the same time.
Both Microgaming and SMP Partners have bought each member of their staff teams one of The Children's Centre's Hands on a Honda tickets.
The tickets are for a prize draw and a new Honda Jazz is up for grabs courtesy of Kingswood Honda.
Managing director of independent trust and corporate services provider SMP Partners Mark Denton said: "We are delighted to continue our support for The Children's Centre with whom we have worked for many years and at the same time show our appreciation and have some fun with our 135-strong team by giving them the chance to win a new car."
All money raised through the sale of tickets goes directly towards supporting The Children's Centre's charitable projects which provide positive experiences for thousands of children and young people each year across the Island.
Chief Executive for the charity John Knight said: "We are so grateful to Microgaming and SMP Partners and think it's a fantastic gesture they've made.
"We hope that other organisations follow suit and enable us to continue putting children, young people and families first."
Chief executive officer for Microgaming Roger Raatgever said: "We are dedicated to supporting the local community and when the opportunity came up to support The Children's Centre and show our appreciation to Microgaming's hard working team we jumped at the chance."
Tickets for the Hands on a Honda challenge are available until November 12 and the draw will take place on November 13.
