Councillor's praise for young people

Teenagers in Douglas are being praised for their work in helping the town secure honours at the 2010 Britain in Bloom competition.

The Young People's Award was handed over at the Royal Horticultural Society's annual ceremony in Birmingham last night (Wednesday), when the Island's capital also received a Silver Gilt medal in the 'Town' section of the competition.
