As organisers reflect on the success of the 2010 Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival, a TV journalist and food critic is giving a resounding thumbs-up to Manx produce.
Loyd Grossman was on the Island at the weekend in connection with another of his keen interests, heritage, and chaired an annual museums conference at the Manx Museum.
