POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a fight outside the Istanbul takeaway in Castle Street, Douglas, in the early hours of yesterday morning (Saturday).

Two men were arrested following the incident which took place between 3.15am and 3.45am.

Police believe there was a large number of people present at the time.
