There's a major blow for the Isle of Man Commonwealth Games team - cyclist Peter Kennaugh has withdrawn from the cycling squad.
Kennaugh is a professional rider with Team Sky - a meeting at the Manchester Velodrome yesterday made the decision to pull all Sky riders out of the Delhi event.
He was a big medal hope on the track in India - he showed his potential by winning the British Track Championship Scratch Race last night.
Team Isle of Man cycling manager Gary Hinds says Kennaugh could have won two medals in Delhi.....so the news is disappointing but understandable:-
