EXTENSIVE damage was caused to a black Peugeot at 3am today (Thursday).
It happened in Mona Street, Douglas, and all of the car's windows were smashed and its tyres punctured.
It is not believed anything was stolen from it.
PC Jon Penman, of the Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "We are particularly interested in identifying a male who was seen in the area at the time of the incident and who is described as wearing a white T-shirt and carrying what is believed to have been a garden fork."
