Police locate car involved in hit and run

POLICE have located a car involved in a hit and run collision which happened in Christian Road, Douglas.

 

The two vehicle incident happened at 9.30pm on Thursday and police subsequently appealed for information leading to the whereabouts of a silver Ford Focus.

 

The police are thanking the public for their assistance in the recovery of the car and want to speak to witnesses who saw the collision.

 

Anyone with information should ring Lord Street Police Station on 631212 or Crime stoppers on 0800 555 111.

 

Police have not said where the car was found.
