'Glow stick' procession to boost Hospice funds

Hospice Isle of Man is set to stage its first 'Midnight Walk' tonight (Saturday).

Three hundred and fifty fundraising entrants wearing pink will form a 'glow stick' procession along the route.

The walk is due to start at 10.30pm at Royal Skandia's building in Onchan, and finish at the Hospice, where pink Cava and cupcakes will be served, at around midnight.

PR and marketing manager for Hospice Isle of Man Mary Doyle says the event has proved so popular that only people who have registered should turn up:
