THE Toyah Willcox gig planned for the Gaiety Theatre, Douglas, next month has been cancelled.
She had been due to appear on October 23 but will now be playing at The Beat in Blackpool instead on that date.
In a career spanning more than 30 years Toyah has had 13 top 40 singles, recorded 20 albums, written two books, appeared in more than 40 stage plays, made 10 feature films and presented hundreds of television programmes.
Toyah last performed in the Isle of Man as part of the Here and Now 80s show at the Bowl at TT 2002.
A spokesman for the Villa Gaiety complex said anyone who has bought tickets for next month's show, which had been organised by RS Promotions, will receive a letter explaining how to claim a refund.
