More concern over new schedules

by isleofman.com 16th September 2010

The Isle of Man's new bus timetable was a hot topic on the airwaves again today (Thursday).

Revised schedules were brought in on Monday and have caused consternation among many users.

These people called Manx Radio's Talking Heads to give their views (play audio file):

Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure, whose department is responsible for the Island's bus service, has given an assurance the new schedules will be reviewed in three month's time.

He won't be attending next Monday's public meeting on the changes, but he and director of public transport Ian Longworth will be on Talking Heads themselves that day.
