Business school issues appeal for models

by isleofman.com 16th September 2010

THE International Business School is appealing for models to feature in its future marketing campaigns.

The school, which is located in Douglas, is looking for volunteers aged 18 and over to spend a few hours posing on Saturday, October 2.

Helen Ashcroft, marketing manager for the school said: "We are looking for natural people who represent a cross section of the population of the Isle of Man.

"Whilst we are likely to use the results for a range of materials specifically we are working on the new IBS website and the 2011 prospectus."

Helen continued: "We are looking for people who represent a genuine student cohort and have a "real" look to them rather than traditional beautiful model types.

"To represent the diversity of the learners that we welcome at the IBS we would encourage volunteers from all walks of life – a good cross section of ages, ethnicity, gender and background."

The shoot will run from 10am to 4pm and models are asked to commit to a minimum of two hours on the day. A light buffet will be provided for those who stay for the whole day.

Volunteers will be given a digital copy of their favourite shots as a memento.

Anyone interested in modeling should contact Helen Ashcroft on 01624 693720 or   e-mail h.ashcroft@ibs.ac.im.
