A retail development in Castletown should be given time to succeed, according to the town's MHK.
Tony Brown says Callow's Yard hasn't yet been as successful as hoped, but it certainly shouldn't be written off yet.
The development, on both Malew Street and Arbory Street, was opened last year amid much fanfare, after businessman Roy Tilleard spent around ?20 million on the project.
