Passengers not happy with new schedule

by isleofman.com 14th September 2010

The first day of the Isle of Man's new bus timetable seemed to cause some confusion among users.

John Moss caught up with these passengers, who weren't very happy (play audio file):

The new schedule has come in for varying degrees of criticism.

North Douglas MHKs Bill Henderson and John Houghton led the way, with Mr Houghton claiming the changes had 'decimated' Willaston.

But Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure David Cretney hit back, saying those remarks were electioneering.

He said anybody with concerns about the timetable could contact his department.
