A former member of the British parliament who campaigned tirelessly in Westminster to help save the Isle of Man's Reciprocal Health Agreement with the United Kingdom says he is delighted a new deal has been signed.
Yesterday’s signing confirmed an agreement reached in March, between the Manx government and the then Labour government in the UK.
