Ballafletcher ready for play

A brand new sports facility is set to be used for the first time tomorrow (Saturday).

After years of planning, Ballafletcher near Noble's Hospital will host it's first matches.

The development is a joint initiative between football clubs Corinthians and Douglas Royal, and Vagabonds rugby club.

For the time being, Vagas will continue to play at Glencrutchery Road until the clubhouse area at Ballafletcher is fully operational.

Manx Radio's football correspondent Tony Mepham says tomorrow is a big day for Corinthians and Douglas Royal:
