Manx delegation heading for Africa

Two MHKs will be travelling to Kenya this week to address colleagues in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne and fellow Rushen MHK Juan Watterson, who are both members of the Isle of Man Branch of the CPA, will give presentations at the Commonwealth's largest political gathering.

The 56th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference will run for nine days from this Friday, in the Kenyan capital Nairobi.

Mr Watterson says the Manx delegates will both draw on their expertise in different areas:
