Thomas the Tank Engine weekend on the railways

CHILDREN will have the chance to meet their favourite Thomas the Tank characters this weekend.

 

Isle of Man Railways is holding a Friends of Thomas the Tank Engine weekend at Douglas Train Station.

 

Children will have the chance to see some of their favourite characters including the Troublesome Trucks, Bertie the Bus, Buster the Steamroller and the Fat Controller.

 

There will also be bouncy castles, a merry-go-round, face painting, a colouring in tent and more.

 

Live music will be provided by the Rushen Silver Band, Ramsey Town Band and the Neptune Nippers.

 

The event takes place this Saturday and Sunday, September 4 and 5, from 10am until 5pm.


Trains will depart from Douglas and Port Erin at 9.50am, 11.50am, 13.50pm and 15.50pm.
