Sun Shining on Manx Grand Prix

by isleofman.com 26th August 2010

There's a further practice session for the Manx Grand Prix Festival this evening (Thursday) with roads around the Mountain closing at six o'clock.

The first bikes are due to leave the Grandstand at 6.20pm.

In contrast to the last two years, the weather has not led to a session being called off so far.

Competitors have had plenty of chance to qualify and hone their machinery.

Clerk of the Course Phil Taubman says a race meeting always runs smoother when the sun is shining:-
