by isleofman.com 19th August 2010

Jurors in a murder trial will consider their verdicts for a third day at Douglas courthouse today (Thursday).

Simon Paul Leece, aged 35, is accused of starting a fire which killed builder Terence Losh in March last year.

The prosecution alleges Mr Leece set fire to 19 Demesne Road, where Mr Losh lived.

Mr Leece is also accused of starting three other fires, at properties nearby, over the same weekend.

The jury was sent out on Tuesday afternoon, but still hadn't reached a conclusion after a further full day of deliberations yesterday.
