by isleofman.com 18th August 2010

The jury at the Simon Leece murder trial has retired for a second night.

The Douglas man is accused of starting a fire which caused the death of Terrence Losh in March last year.

He's also charged with lighting three other minor fires in the Bucks Road area prior to that.

The jury has been out since yesterday afternoon.

They're expected to resume their deliberations just after 10 am tomorrow (Thurs)
