Inquest on TT rider draws to a close

A misadventure verdict has been recorded at an inquest into the death of TT competitor Paul Dobbs.

Coroner Alastair Montgomerie considered evidence from marshals, spectators and police, at the resumed hearing.

Mr Dobbs, from New Zealand, was killed in a crash at Ballagarey during the Supersport 2 race in June.

The inquest heard he suffered serious head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
