Research into values and beliefs of population

Anybody who has ever disagreed with the image of the Isle of Man projected to the rest of the world by the Manx government has a chance to have their say.

Ruth MacKrell, the first PhD student at the International Business School, is conducting research on the values and beliefs that lie at the heart of the Island's people.

Ruth is keen to stress her study is completely anonymous and independent, so it isn't attached to the Manx government or any marketing firm.

She isn't happy with the idea of a population having a 'brand image' foisted upon it (play audio file):
