More forensic evidence at murder trial

by isleofman.com 10th August 2010

A leading forensic scientist and fire expert continues giving evidence at the murder trial in Douglas today (Tuesday).

Stephen Paul Andrews investigated four fires in the town in March last year, one of which killed 61-year-old builder Terence Losh.

Simon Leece of Fairfield Terrace denies murdering Mr Losh and committing arson with intent to endanger life and damage property.

Yesterday, Mr Andrews told the court all four fires were highly likely to have been started deliberately.

The case continues at Douglas Courthouse.
