International award for Manx cheese

MANX cheese has won another major award at a high profile event. 

 

Isle of Man Creamery picked up a silver prize for its Cracked Peppercorn Mature Cheddar at the recent International Cheese Awards.

 

The accolade came in the single cheese with additives category, and the award was collected on behalf of the company by master cheese maker Martin Barber.
